How it works

Income and recurring payments happen on the 1st day of each month.
The model holds no separate cash. Monthly surpluses add to investments and monthly deficits withdraw from investments.
Investment growth is applied on the last day of the month to the opening invested balance only.
Yearly results are shown by default. Expand any year to inspect monthly details.

Defaults are long-run planning baselines, not short-term forecasts. Inflation, wage growth, housing growth, and stock returns use broad global assumptions, while tax fields stay editable because the tax model is still simplified.
